Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with our products; still, mistakes can happen. We encourage you to carefully inspect every product upon receipt. In case you need to return anything, please first contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us via mail ([email protected]) or via social media. We will need pictures of the product first. Please note that products that need to be returned will only be accepted cleaned and washed.

Online purchases

Global International Products will accept returns of online orders up to 30 days after it has been received by a customer.

In case you need to return the order or you received a product with a fault, please let us know about it sending us a mail at [email protected] including this information:

- your full name
- your order number
- reason of return.

The return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. Used items are not eligible for returns. 

Global International Products kindly asks you to return the item/s with its original tags still attached and if possible, in its original packaging. Any merchandise that is in used condition, dirty and/or returned without its tag may be refused or subject to a repackaging fee. 

When the item is back in our hands, we will issue a refund for the product immediately. The shipping charges are not refundable. 

Once the refund is issued you will receive a notification about it via email or text message. The refunded amount is always going back to your original method of payment. 

If you're returning an item from outside the EU

We wanted to kindly make you aware that returning an item from outside the European Union — such as from the U.S., Switzerland, etc. — can unfortunately be quite costly due to high international shipping fees and customs charges. These costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

To help you avoid these expenses, we’d be happy to suggest a few alternative solutions, such as:
– Reselling the item locally
– Gifting it to someone who could make good use of it
