With Soft Touch Spurs, you can give clear yet sensitive leg aids. Their defining feature is the small roller at the end, which rolls along your horse’s flank rather than pressing directly into it. This makes them gentler in their action than, for example, straight spurs. They are ideal for sensitive horses and riders who want to refine their aids without compromising clarity.
The spurs are covered in rubber to help prevent damage to your riding boots during use. This helps keep your boots looking their best, ride after ride.
- Rolling roller – glides gently along the flank for a milder, more refined action.
- Less sharp than straight spurs – suitable for sensitive horses and subtle communication.
- Rubber coating – protects your boots against scratches and wear.
- Available in 2 lengths: 20 mm and 30 mm (measured from the inside of the spur to the tip of the roller).
- Material: stainless steel.
Tip: If you’re using spurs for the first time or ride a sensitive horse, start with the 20 mm version. The 30 mm version offers slightly more reach for riders with long legs or horses that need a little more support.
